Homestamp uses your browser's local storage to save your checklist progress and preferences. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to our servers
• Can be cleared at any time through your browser settings
• Is automatically removed if you clear your browser data

What's stored locally: Checklist selections, property details you've entered, report data, and tool preferences.

3. Analytics and Tracking

We use analytics services to understand general usage patterns and improve the Service. We use:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymous usage data including page views, user sessions, device information, and general geographic data
• Plausible Analytics: Privacy-focused analytics that doesn't use cookies or track personal data

Data collected includes:

• General geographic region (country/city level)
• Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)

We never collect: Personal information that can identify you individually. GA4 data is aggregated and anonymized. Plausible doesn't use cookies and is fully GDPR compliant.

Homestamp uses the following third-party services:

• Vercel (Hosting): Collects standard server logs for security and performance. These logs are not accessible to us for user tracking and are automatically deleted after a short period.
• Google Analytics 4: Processes anonymous usage data as described in the Analytics section above. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Plausible Analytics: Privacy-focused analytics service that processes data in accordance with GDPR.

We do not use:

• Facebook Pixel or social media tracking
• Advertising networks or retargeting services
• Third-party cookies for tracking purposes
• Cross-site tracking or fingerprinting
